Third batch with the new Blichman Burner, this time Ryan used it for a 10 gallon Aletimate Warrior batch... and it pretty much kicked ass. There was no wind or breeze or anything, and all went well. Oh, and we started @ 6:30 am. No, really.
I used Ryan's gear for a blonde recipe I found on HomebrewTalk.com - all that nice weather last week had me in the mood for a nice easy drinker. I nailed my OG and volume, but I missed my 20 minute hop addition... not a big deal though, I added it at 15. Here is the recipe:

| .25 oz | Cascade (Pellets, 6.8 %AA) boiled 5 min. info |
| Yeast : | Safeale US-05 |

| Mash at 150 degrees for 60 minutes (I was above 150 most of the time)
P.S. Mel is a trooper.... she painted the entire nursery by herself while we brewed
